Student Referrals

Connecting an at-risk child to Children Are People, Inc., can happen in several ways. Children may be referred by schools, churches, the courts or other organizations who serve youth and their families.  If you know of a child who might benefit from participation in structured after-school activities or might benefit from tutoring, mentoring or attention from a positive, caring adult role model, please print and complete the Student Referral Form or pick up a form at the CAP Center at 117 East Winchester Street, Gallatin, TN.

Volunteers 

From preparing and delivering the evening meals, to serving the meals, to working one-on-one with the students, volunteers are always needed at CAP. At no personal expense, all CAP volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application and undergo a background check and fingerprinting.
